Our client, one of the leading multinational firms, with offices across the globe is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join their growing offices in Budapest.
The Legal Assistant will manage and provide full administrational support for the legal team, including several leaders.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring the smooth daily operation and work of the department
- Scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, time sheets
- Providing financial support in the form of: handling billing, financial administration and reporting, expense reports, etc.
- Supporting lawyers in the preparation of legal documents, proposals and contracts
- Filing project work documentation and occasionally assisting with reports, letters and power point presentations
Relevant experience gained at a law firm is highly preferred and proficiency in MS Office products is a must. Excellent English and Hungarian language skills are required both written and spoken.
The ideal candidate will have logical thinking with excellent communication skills. Must be pro-active, have the ability to take initiative and possess outstanding organizational, multitasking and problem solving skills. The candidate will be solution oriented, flexible and helpful in nature.
