This is an internal position for Metis. We are a boutique recruitment agency with a specialized focus on legal and technology recruitment. Our competitive advantage comes from providing personal, hands-on recruitment services to both clients and candidates alike.
Now our team is now looking for an ambitious and experienced, freelance business developer to help us grow and expand our clientele. Someone who has a proven record in lead and new business generation, ideally from a similar industry. Our business has thus far grown organically, through word of mouth and happy customers. Now, we are ready to grow further!
What do we need help with?
Working closely with our team to help jump-start our business in certain markets through new business generation. Introducing and promoting our services to potential clients. Arranging discussions with prospective clients.
This is a part-time, freelance position.
What experience and qualities are we hoping for?
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Natural team player, but with experience working independently.
- Several years of business development, marketing and/or sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire clients.
- Pipeline building and lead generation.
- Fluent English language skills (local language skills are an advantage).
- Located at Estonia, Finland or Hungary
